Did you know that cucumbers originated in India? Their cultivation took place for about 3000 years in Western Asia. The cultivation process started in France in the 9th century, then in England in the 14th century and finally in North America by the mid 16th century. The Romans introduced cucumbers to Europe.
Although cucumbers are fruits, we eat them as vegetables. They contain more than 90% of water.

Ganoderma Lucidum is a rare mushroom with shiny red skin. It’s known as the red reishi in Japan and lingzhi in China. The mushrooms are grown at bases and stumps of deciduous trees such as maples. The interesting thing is that only 2 or 3 trees out of 10,000 produces the Ganoderma growth.
Many years ago, only kings and emperors could afford the expensive, luxurious drinks made from Ganoderma. The location of this mushroom was kept as a well guarded secret, to protect its rarity.
So how do you turn your unhealthy relationship into a healthy relationship?
